• Online availability of SOP to customer and all involved Damco staff via e-SOP web application
• Dynamic and collaborative creation and maintenance of SOP including automated notification of updates
• Consistent definition of, and approach to, internal operating procedures within Damco through Unified Service Levels (USL), our internal quality programme
