To support this huge product launch a change was required in the normal routes to market. Discussions began in July 2013 with Damco to find the best approach to achieve very demanding performance targets.

Damco provided the supply chain solution when a large households appliances brand wanted to move production from Australia to China. Resulting in annual savings of more than USD 1.1 million.

Humax reduces costs through EDC. Damco analysed the customer's components sourcing from China and proposed an EDC solution to save the company at least USD 300,000 annually in logistics costs.
