Document Management

Within myDamco, Document Management provides you with an efficient application for the electronic distribution of shipping documents – saving time, money, and paper! Especially when managing global sourcing in multiple countries, and engaging with counterparts throughout the globe, we know how complex document management can become. With the myDamco electronic documentation management tool, it’s all so much more flexible. You can share packing lists, commercial invoices and bills of lading with colleagues, suppliers, carriers, and brokers around the world. All your shipping documents are easy to upload and access through a single interface – the myDamco dashboard.

Featuring: Smooth operations
The innovative Document Management tool is fully integrated with all of the other tools accessible through the myDamco dashboard. You can use document data fields to create customised reports with the Reporting tool. And with the addition of the Track & Trace tool, you can find, view, sort, save, and extract shipping documents for any of your shipments.
Because Document Management brings everything together through one interface, you can smoothly move from receipt, viewing, validation, and printing of your electronic documents, before pouching them to colleagues or vendors for custom clearance.

Document Management also links your IT infrastructure to myDamco for document transfer. As a result, you can improve your document management process even further, integrating our enabling technology with the operations levels deeper within your organization. With Document Management, you can send document information directly to Damco from your in-house application using EDI, for example, or connect to a file transfer protocol for easier document sharing.
